Welcome to my site, my name is Sarah Keogh

Kind hearts legal is an independent legal advice service, I support small businesses and family and friends; I work as a commercial manager for a large manufacturing and engineering company, my typical day deals with a range of commercial matters such as contract negotiations, variation breach and settlements; as well as regulatory compliance and governance.   

I have a UK law degree and post graduate qualifications in international commercial trade law and intellectual property law.  I am currently awaiting a pending application to The Society of Will Writers UK.

I don’t need to have the SRA registration to do my day job, and I am not currently registered with the SRA which is the body that regulates solicitors and lawyers in the UK. 

However, I have decided that I will complete the SQE 1 & 2 in 2026 which will complete the formal academic qualification for the legal practice stage.

I have helped and supported my people and businesses with compassion and confidence to provide honest advice with integrity.
